HC Coombs Building is a 3-level reinforced concrete framed building with brick veneer so as to match the existing Coombs Building.
The project is a stand-alone building comprising a series of offices, syndicate rooms and conference facilities as the project includes a range of services together with a “night purge” system which will be used extensively during the summer months.
The value of the project was $5.5 million and reach practical completion in March 2004.
