Peter heads up our major contracting business unit that has been the backbone for the company over many years. His technical knowledge in major construction and his ability to work closely and pro-actively with all project stakeholders supports his ability to bring together successful teams and project outcomes.
Peter, in addition, takes overarching responsibility for construction implementation, systems, policies, procedures and related activities.
Peter came to IQon following 27 years of service with LendLease, gaining a wealth of construction experience with over $1.5 billion in project delivery experience.
Fabio brings over 20 years’ experience in the property and construction sector specialising in cost and bid management. After many years at with St Hillier’s as Estimating Manager, 2 years as Director at DCWC and 5 years at WT Partnership as a Quantity Surveyor working on major projects, Fabio joined the IQon team.
Fabio effectively manages accurate construction cost budgets, which is paramount in IQon supporting robust value for money solutions we offer to our clients. His commercial acumen and proven ability to work in a collaborative manner with both the project clients and consultants, makes Fabio a key member of IQon’s Executive team.
Anas has over 17 years’ experience in the construction industry delivering a wide range of projects using a variety of delivery models. Anas has been actively involved in the management and delivery of projects ranging from $10k to $50m with most of these in brownfield style project deliveries. Anas appreciates the importance of working proactively and collaboratively with all stakeholders and is supported by his attention to detail and cost controls that is continuously at the front of his approach to getting the job done.
The Small Works and Services (SWandS) business unit has ten direct employees and is supported by the group corporate support for the overall integration. Anas takes responsibility for the overall management and implementation of construction and administration of the SWandS business unit and reports monthly to the board. Anas has proven to be an excellent communicator and coordinator having the ability to interface with a wide variety of client representatives and user groups ensuring the projects are completed as required.
Graham started with IQON in September 2021 and is responsible for working closely with managers and staff to manage the health, safety, environmental and quality systems ensuring compliance across the organisation. Graham is responsible for ensuring IQon complies with corporate policies, legislative and statutory requirements and relevant industry codes of practice and standards.
