Refurbishments to the existing School of Music inclusive of Llewellyn Hall and alterations to parts of the existing School of Music Building to create offices and associated facilities.
The extensions consisted of a stand alone two-storey building linked to the existing building. The uses for the extension include a recording studio, practice and teaching facilities, administration, performance and public use areas.
The project was completed in August 2001 ahead of time and within budget
This project was awarded an MBA Excellence in Building Award in 2002, winning its category as an outstanding example of excellence.
